In light of the horse-drawn carriage accident in Philadelphia that left both horse and driver injured, Peace Advocacy Network is strengthening its call for a ban on horse-drawn carriages. PAN welcomes the public to join them to send a message that we will not tolerate the
cruel, dangerous, and harmful practice that puts tourists, residents, drivers, and horses at such an imminent risk of serious injuries. We encourage your attendance, even if you can't stay the whole time. We will provide literature handouts and signs. You can do whatever you feel comfortable with, whether it be handing out flyers or holding a sign!

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND, please sign Peace Advocacy Network's Change.org petition to encourage council member Mark Squilla, of Philadelphia's first district, to sponsor the draft legislation to BAN horse-drawn carriages in Philadelphia and prevent another accident like the one we had yesterday!! Please sign and share!!!
