Our Monthly Dinner Hafla is Back! Once again, we'll be tasting the Culinary Treasures of Maghrib, mixed together by SiMohammed, the owner of a wonderful new Moroccan restaurant named 'Walima' (Feast, in Arabic). I had a pleasure meeting SiMo several months ago, & only just visited his place a few weeks ago, for a delicious meal of cous-cous & lamb tagine, followed by some Sweeeeet atay Maghrabi!

He's offering us a $25 All Inclusive Dinner (Taxes & Tip included), w/ a full Help-Yourself Moroccan Buffet, catering to both Carnivores & Vegie Lovers - & even Vegans, if u ask! This is an Exceptional Price for what we're getting! If u haven't yet sampled Moroccan cuisine, this is your chance! Our Event is also being held in conjunction w/ the New Yorkers for Peace in the Middle East Club. Other invitees include the Hebrew Language Club, Progressive Muslim Club, & our sisters @ the Jersey City ~ Hoboken Bellydance Meetup Club!

We also have several exceptionally beautiful professional bellydancers performing for us (if u went to our last Dinner Hafla @ La Kabbr, u KNOW what I'm talking about!). Our confirmed dancers are Birnur, Cristina, Jaklina & Carla, who, in my humble opinion, r the Sexiest Bellydancers in NYC! We're also welcoming a newcomer to the dance, a beautiful young Egyptian-Ecuadorian woman by the name of Sheana, who'll be performing for the Very First Time in front of a live audience!

Our Final Performer, Basmah, is the Director of the Jersey City ~ Hoboken Bellydance Meetup! Unfortunately, she has a bit of the flu right now, but said if she recoops this week, she'd like to perform a traditional 15-minute Egyptian dance number, which, I'm more than certain, will be a show-stopper! (So lets all send her our get well wishes!!)

As SiMohammed is giving his restaurant to us for the evening, we need to fill-it! If you RSVP, it means that you ARE COMING. If you DO NOT attend, do to circumstances which unfortunately come up at the last moment, you are STILL RESPONSIBLE for a payment of $30 ($25 plus a $5 non-show service charge).

We're gonna have a Great Time, and we're very fortunate to have SiMohammed give us his restaurant on a Friday night, the busiest night for any restaurant. Let's show him how the NYC Arabic Club Parties!
