Mind & Meditation - Weekly Sessions Every Tuesdays at 7:00 P.M

Each week we will look into the subtleties and various tendencies of the mind and how it creates stress in our day to day life.

We will also learn about our breath, the simple yet the most powerful tool we have at our disposal to manage our mind and the different emotions we experience in our lives.

We will practice some breathing techniques followed by guided meditation.
