Join the Peachtree Run/Walk Club and discover how a few extra steps a week can enhance your overall health and well-being. Offered each Saturday, this FREE ongoing program is for all fitness levels, from new exercisers to those training for 5K events. This group is different from most as the agenda is as follows:

7:00 AM - Meet at Brookwood Square Shopping Center.
7:05 AM - Dr. Cohen gives cutting-edge tips and tricks to keep you healthy.
7:15 AM - Go for a mapped 3-mile walk/run or 5-mile run.
8:15 AM - Meet back at Brookwood Square for some light breakfast.

WHAT TO EXPECT
