What is your experience with the NH 4000-footers: How many have you hiked, which have been your favorites, what were your biggest challenges?

I hiked the presidentials and smaller mountains when I was younger. In the 4 + months that I've been back I've hiked Osceola and Jackson. I think my age and extra weight on my body are my biggest challenges. My heart and soul are ready and impassioned, but I'm slow and need more time to recover than when I was younger b

What are your hiking goals?

Complete all 48 in New Hampshire! Maybe hit the list if New England's 67.

Do you hike all seasons?

Yes! But I really need to learn more about safety and preparedness for winter hiking. It is my favorite by far.

What hikes would you like to see posted?

An two or three day traverse for SLOW hikers ;)

Are you interested in leading your own hikes or events?

I love leading, and look forward to being able to lead hikes, it just will take done time.

Hello, I'm just starting out with more challenging hikes than I've done in about 25 years. In March I experienced winter hiking for the first time ever and got hooked. Seriously hooked. But it's taking time to get my body back into hiking condition.
