What is your experience with the NH 4000-footers: How many have you hiked, which have been your favorites, what were your biggest challenges?

Many of the Whites 4k'ers during all seasons, many as AMC co-leads. Finished my NH48 in August 2013. I enjoy the yearly Seek the Peak hiking fundraiser to Mt. Wash summit (multiple routes, even Huntington Ravine) and have done a presi-traverse! Also have done some hiking abroad including backpacking the Inca Trail Peru and a couple of day hikes in the French Pyrenees. My favorite NH 4Ker was doing Cabot to Waumbek to finish my NH48. My favorite reoccurring hike is the double summit of Cannon we do on Flags Over the 48 day each year. Biggest challenge has been staying hydrated on long winter hikes, I sweat like a pig.

What are your hiking goals?

My biggest goal is to try and help people realy enjoy their hiking experience, whenever I can (from parking lot to pub)! With regard to my summiting goals: NH 48 in winter. Then, who knows!

Do you hike all seasons?

Yes I do.

What hikes would you like to see posted?

Some of the more remote hikes, perhaps longer, done as day hikes on Sundays. Next, more weekday hikes.

Are you interested in leading your own hikes or events?

Hi! I love the outdoors and have a passion for hiking the more vertical sections of it in all seasons. I help lead hikes with the AMC Boston's Hiking/Backpacking Chapter and I love to meet new people.
