Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby! Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre are total fitness programs where moms can exercise with their babies and stroller age children in tow. We use the strollers, environment and exercise tubing for a fun and challenging one hour workout. And we definitely keep the little ones entertained! This workout is safe for all fitness levels and expecting mommies too! Jogging strollers are NOT required. Our Village includes weekly playgroups, monthly mom's nights outs and charitable events.
