F12 Beginner Ride around Lake Natomas- Lead by Vickie Fulkerson

Come and join other cyclists who are either new at riding or just want to take it at an easy pace. This is a 12+ mile ride with very little hills & beautiful views of Lake Natomas.

We are fortunate to have Vickie Fulkerson leading this weekly Sunday morning Ride & some of you might know her from the Monday morning ride she leads as well.

You can come with your Road or Mountain Bike & have a great time meeting other like minded cyclists wanting to ride & get out there!

Karens Bakery is a wonderful place to relax after the ride for refreshments & socializing.

The Perfect Beginner ride.

Below is the map of the loop around the lake:

Please arrive 15 min prior to start time.  Wheels turn at 9:00AM.

As always, you must have a helmet and bring lots of water.

This ride is for you if:

· You have a road & mountain bike and in good working condition

· You are comfortable shifting and riding continuously with minimal stopping

· You can ride at 12 mph on flats for a minimum of 15 miles

· You want to spend a Sunday morning with passionate like minded cyclists.
