Route: Counter Clockwise  http://ridewithgps.com/routes/879752

Note: Rain cancels! (it gets my bike dirty)

This is part of a recurring training ride series on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Come out and enjoy the best part of the day! We will loop around the City of Folsom taking in Costco Hill, parts of the bike trail and the Lake Natoma Aquatic Center. The route will change little, if at all, and the climbing profile is a little different if done counter clockwise vs. clockwise. We will alternate directions, going clockwise on Tuesdays and counter clockwise on Thursdays. This is a no-sweep ride and may split apart depending on the riders that show up and how hard folks are willing to challenge themselves.

The pace will be brisk, but it is not intended to be an all-out hammer ride--just a great morning exercise ride to generate enough endorphins to improve the rest of your day! Since it's a relatively short ride, there is no plan to stop for water and/or rest (come prepared), but we'll re-group at the top of Iron Point road (Costco Hill).

This is a Joint Ride led by Rowland Fellows, come check it out!
