Welcome. This group is to support those working with trauma, those interested in learning how to work with stress and those engaged in a dedicated spiritual path where presence practices are needed to support the deepest unfolding of our souls. This group is not a substitute for individual trauma therapy. The primary focus of this group is to work with practices that develop healthy resources, establish healthy boundaries, work with meditation and presence practices that support healing, and work with gentle inquiry and relational practices that help establish trust in making contact with ourselves and others.
Also, trauma is much more pervasive than generally acknowledged. If you have a deep spiritual practice you have no doubt encountered core existential trauma. This group can be a support for those working with explicit traumatic events, those working at the deep level of their soul, and those who want to learn how to better support their partners or loved ones that are working with stress and/or trauma.
