    I so admire Susanne Jensen's sensitivity to the food that she prepares. The mint in the zucinni, the mustard with the tempeh, wonderful salad and grain, and of course, fabulous sweet potato soup, and chocolate chip cookie, and all gluten free! We can look forward to Susanne cooking for us again this summer. See you next week at the soup service!

    Guest chef, Suzanne Jensen is well known to the vegan and macrobiotic community. Every year, she serves as chef for the annual macrobiotic summer camp in the which will be happening soon! She and her staff cook over open flames in the Sierras serving three healthy and delicious meals for those lucky enough to attend. It's not too late to sign up for camp! See the info table at Monday's dinner. Or ask for Gerard Lum who can clue you into camp. See you at the sweet potato soup service on Monday night!
