Strength/Core Workout

We'll meet at the Lion's Bridge since some of our members elect not to do the w/u and c/d runs due to injuries. First, runners will do a mile warm up, then we'll start the workout. I will have "circuits" planned of approximately 5 exercises that focus on running specific core muscles and leg muscles. The number of "circuits" you do is based on your fitness level. Recover by jogging a mile, or for more advanced runners, add some distance. I will post the planned workout in the comments section a couple of days before the workout! Please be sure to RSVP so we know to expect you!

    I'm sorry I missed tonight. I was just getting ready to leave the office, and the client walked in and started chatting me up. Didn't even have time to change my RSVP. I so want to do this (and the Tuesday Intervals) next time I'm in town... which will hopefully be two weeks from now.
