I have been running for about 5 years. I have a hamstring injury at the moment that I'm trying to recover from.
Flat pace between 9:30 and 10:30 min.
1/2 marathons, 10 k, 5 k. Never done a mud run but love to try it.
Weekdays after 5:30 pm weekends prefer early mornings.
