I have been running for a physical fitness test at least twice a year for the last 21 years.
Any where between 12 and 15 minutes per mile in wooded areas. On flat surface, roughly 9:00 minute mile.
I have run 10k, 5k, and 12k runs on several occassions.
Prefer to run weekends, but can run weekdays as well
Around my neighborhood, but with a ride I can run anywhere.
42 year old, male, serving in the Air Force and getting to retire but not stop living.
