We are committed to being an INCLUSIVE group that meets the needs and interests of each of its members. Whatever level you are training at - or if you've never trained before - join us! We hope that our meetups are perfect for you. Depending on group size and interest we try to provide options for speed and distance every time we work out together.
Organizers ARE NOT trained fitness professionals. All workouts/events are attended at your own risk. We assume absolutely no legal responsibility for injury incurred at any event or meet posted on this site.
Our open water swims are usually at Coyote Point, Foster City, and Redwood Shores. Our rides are throughout the Peninsula starting from Woodside Elementary School, Foothill College, Arastradero Preserve, Coyote Point, and other locations, and on routes that include the Portola Loop, Canada Road, Old La Honda, Arastradero, Morgan Hill reservoirs, and other biways, typically on Saturdays or Sundays. Deeper into the training season we organize brick workouts (swim+bike, bike+run) and tri simulations. Also watch for our course previews, where we test the swim, bike, and/or run courses a few weeks before events such as the Stanford Treeathlon, Reservoir Triathlon, and Vineman.
To foster an active group that meets your needs, please participate! Suggest a meetup…or post one yourself. Share your questions or concerns. Ask for advice. Brag about an accomplishment. Whine about a disappointment. Tell us what you ate after a particularly hard workout! Post photos.
