[Palo Alto] 6/12 mile run

Early morning start for folks who want to get their run in before Friday funday!

There are two options a short (6mile) run and a long (10-12mile) run. The short run goes through Old Palo Alto and Menlo park. The long run starts the same way and then adds the Stanford campus loop for the extra mileage.
