Sun. 3/24 12:30PM Canada Rd. Ride & Run - Single, Double, or Triple Brick

Join us Sunday for a triple-brick, or if you'd prefer, do just one or two of the bricks with us. We'll take advantage of Canada Road's Sunday closure. Outstanding practice for your upcoming event...or just enjoy the afternoon.

Each brick will be a ride then a run. We'll ride the same ~30 min. loop each time, followed by a ~20 min. out+back run. We will take each loop at a moderate (L2/L3) pace. The goal is to ride each loop a bit faster than the previous time, and to negative split each run.

Hope to see you on Sunday!

A very fun afternoon. Great weather, congenial and supportive group of people, excellent location for bike-run bricks, and we even an aid station with fresh oranges, ice water, gatorade and bundaberg ginger beer that was hosted by one of the participant's daughters.

Sopheak Sim's daughter will host an aid station and watch our bikes at the meetup point. Her school is raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Pennies for Patients Program. For a small donation of $5?, her daughter has offered to set up an aid station with orange slices (free) that she has picked from their tree and will sell ice-cold Gatorade and watch our bikes while we run. So, please come by for a great work out and to help a great cause for LLS and Sopheak's kid's homeroom!
