Join us Sunday for a triple-brick, or if you'd prefer, do just one or two of the bricks with us. We'll take advantage of Canada Road's Sunday closure. Outstanding practice for your upcoming event...or just enjoy the afternoon.
Each brick will be a ride then a run. We'll ride the same ~30 min. loop each time, followed by a ~20 min. out+back run. We will take each loop at a moderate (L2/L3) pace. The goal is to ride each loop a bit faster than the previous time, and to negative split each run.
