We'll meet 1pm, in the water 1:15. This is planned as a swim-bike-run, however, the bike & run are optional.
If doing the bike-run, plan for a 30 min. swim, a 90 min. ride (includes climb to Canada Rd - cue sheets provided), and 30 min. run - with fast transitions.
Bring wetsuit, swim caps, ear plugs, goggles, body glide, towel. Unfortunately there are no bathrooms or showers at the lagoon; there are restrooms at a park 3 blocks away which we'll pass on the ride and run. We'll have hot shower water in jugs to rinse off with.
Directions: From 101, take Marine Parkway exit heading east, then third right on Lagoon Drive, just past Twin Dolphin Drive. Park on the left side of 3 Lagoon Drive, the building which overlooks the lagoon; we swim from the small dock at the edge of the water. Map at http://tinyurl.com/RedwoodSwim
