Have you ever done a triathlon before? (It's OK, whether you have or have not!)

Yes, a bunch of Olympic Distance and one 70.3

Of the three sports (Biking, Running, Swimming), which do you think you need the most practice in?

Swimming. I'm just kinda slow. Sighting needs work in open water.

Of the three sports, which do you think you would have the most fun planning a workout for?

Brick (Bike + Run). I'm tired of those jello legs after a hard bike and these seem to be the logical solution :-). I do a group ride on Thursdays with coworkers and have just started to do a run afterwards. Message me if you are interested.


Soccer player who got into triathlons in 2006. Just finished my first half Ironman (Wildflower Long Course). Looking for like minded folks to train with. Especially interested in open water swims and Brick workouts.
