Exploring the connection between transitional forms of veganism bridge compassionate, ecology-restoring, and healthy eating to vegan eating styles which are also best for different phases of spiritual practices.
I would like to, of course, stay away from the common problems I had before I was vegan; and enjoy the all around emotional, physical, social, and spiritual positive feelings I've had in 12 years of being a vegan and continuing to evolve within being vegan.
