Folks! I'm setting up another Penninsula Wargamer's Group Meetup this comming November 14, 2009

For this coming month, I've decided to hold the meeting at my home in Redwood City. Tables will be setup in a back room with plenty of room for about 10+ people. Game time starts around 10 AM.

There will be munchies and drinks for those who want to graze during the day. Read more

What members are saying

Great location for grognards to pull out their old favorites as well as trying that new game which you couldn't find an opponent for.

“The Peninsula Wargame Group seems to be a bit dormant. I used to play Squad Ldr/ Pzblitz too, and after a decade off have gotten back into wargames. The PWG did have a few meetings, and I think that it was going to have one in Sept but didn't. I have been going to the East Bay Wargamers who meet at Endgame in Oakland, and been playing Combat Commander and Conflict of Heroes, which have better counters, maps, rues and cards, but are the same ideas as SL and PzBlitz.”

“I am an old time Panzerblitz and Squad Leader player - have not played either game in years and think it would be fun to try them again.”
