In this five-hour meeting, that meets every Wednesday, you will learn how to tap into unlimited writing potential dormant in you. The unique practice of Writing Meditation Method, developed by Dr. Madhu B. Wangu, combines body, heart and mind meditations with informal spiritual journaling and formal writing in progress sessions. You will learn how to increase focus, eliminate blocks and self-doubt, and gain trust and self-confidence as a writer.
The goal is to complete the first draft or revision of a manuscript (Fiction, Non-fiction or Creative Non-fiction) in nine months using the Writing Meditation Method.
Writers of all levels and genres are welcome.
