Prospective Members
Welcome to our Pensacola Moms and Munckins Meetup site! We hope you have finally found the group you have been searching for. Below you will find the directions on how to join our meetup group, as well as a link for our guidelines. We do not want to restrict the group with a long list of rules to follow, but have compiled 5 necessary guidelines in order to maintain stability and enjoyment for all.
On Our Home page, you will be asked to enter your name, email, and a create a password. Please complete the profile including your FIRST name and a photo (including yourself) so we can recognize you at events. Your membership will then be submitted for approval. We will contact you via email about upcoming meet-and-greet events. Please let us know if you will be able to attend so we know to look for you. If you don't hear from us be sure to check your spam folder just in case our email was diverted there. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions and concerns or if you need to cancel your RSVP. We ask that you attend one of our public events within the first 30 days (other than an in-home playdate). This will give you an opportunity to meet some of the group members and make sure you are comfortable with the group. We reserve the right to deny your request if you do not reply or cannot attend within a reasonable time-frame. Because this is a private site, it is just a safety concern that we ask new members to attend a function and meet some of us. We ask that all members stay active by participating in the meetups and/or discussion boards on a regular basis and follow the guidelines, treating the group with respect and kindness. Those who do not, may be removed at the organizer's discretion. If you are removed for inactivity, we hope you rejoin us when you have more freedom to attend.
