I have been given the responsibility of buying my daughter an ebook reader (cue decision making anxiety). She thinks a touch screen is a good thing - I have no bleedin' idea. What do all you ebookers out there recommend?

I think it does not matter, personal preference. I have Kindle and it's not tough screen, suits me fine.

I'm still enjoying Kindle. Managed to find both the books for April discussion in Kindle format on Amazon.com rather than Amazon.co.uk but had to pretend I lived in the USA to be able to buy them!

The version of 'Atomised' I have is called the Elementary Particles, translated by Frank Wynn (2000) - so will be interesting to see how it compares with any others.
