Vietnamese Cooking Class

Join an experienced cook, Helen Nguyen for an authentic and healthy Vietnamese cooking class....


Helen will use fresh ingredients to cook a tasty Vietnamese dish that will leave your taste-buds asking for more!

The cooking techniques will be explained and Helen will answer any questions you have..... all in the comfort and friendliness of her home!

After the meal is cooked we can all enjoy eating the food and can combine it with a good South Australian wine (or two?)....

Please take care with your RSVP..... Helen will buy the ingredients based on the RSVP numbers.... so a "No Show" costs money and food can be wasted.... Please be considerate....

The class runs for about 2 hours...

Class Fee = $20 CASH ONLY (which includes the food ingredients).... (Wine is BYO at your cost)...

Meetup Fee - $1.00 (for the first class.... NIL Meetup fee for subsequent classes)

    Dear friends, so far I have introduced with you spring rolls, cold rolls, beef in coconut rolls, pancakes, grilled fish with noodles, beef noodle soups, mussel soup, lemongrass n chili chicken. There are many more to go. However, if any one who missed out the past classes and like to learn, please let me know and we can have a repeat class for one of the above meal at 12.30pm on a Saturday after the normal class.     Hi all, with some requests of cooking a desert, I intend to do a sweet lotus seed desert after the normal lunch session. Any one who interested can stay for another 30-40 minutes to cook and try it. Other can go as ussual. Please let me know if you like to do the desert so i will get enough ingredients. An extra $10 will be collected for this one. Thanks n have a great weekend!
