Vietnamese Cooking Class / Market Tour

MARKET TOUR....  Learn to buy the freshest and best ingredients!

Then join an experienced cook, Helen Nguyen for an authentic and healthy Vietnamese cooking class....

Helen will use fresh ingredients to cook a tasty Vietnamese dish that will leave your taste-buds asking for more!

The cooking techniques will be explained and Helen will answer any questions you have..... all in the comfort and friendliness of her home!

After the meal is cooked we can all enjoy eating the food and can combine it with a good South Australian wine (or two?)....

Please take care with your RSVP..... Helen will buy the ingredients based on the RSVP numbers.... so a "No Show" costs money and food can be wasted.... Please be considerate....

The class runs for about 2 hours...

Tour and Class Fee = $25 CASH ONLY (which includes the food ingredients).... (Wine is BYO at your cost)...

Tour only - $10 CASH ONLY

Meetup Fee - $1.00 (for the first class.... NIL Meetup fee for subsequent classes)

NOTE: The address and phone contacts will be Emailed to you a day or two before the class....

    Hi Everyone
I really enjoyed the company and experience yesterday and would like to catch up with you all soon. I will try and organise the Indian cooking session as soon as I work out the logistics, Indian food is a little more labour intensive.
    Ciao

Dear friends, i suggest a new agenda for this Saturday: after the market tour we will all going to a nice Vietnamese restaurant called Thanh Thanh for lunch near central market. This way you only pay for the tour and pay for the meal your order which is around $10-15 only. I prefer this way coz I don't have to carry all my cooking gears and the seat number is limited at the city venue. So, if you all agree with this, we will meet at 11am.

If you taking a tour only, that is fine, cost is $10. If you join the tour and then cook noodles, cost will be $25 and the session will be longer than usual. We will meet in the Centre market red gate at 10.45am.

The tour will show you where and waht to look for to buy good quality but cheap ingredients for your vietnamese cuisine! Save you heaps of money and time to look for stuffs. It took me several years to find out this knowledge. And I wont do this service aggain very soon because I prefer spending time at home on the weekend, so if you miss it, you miss it dear. Cheer!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
