Whenever a book read in the Peoria Readers' Book Club is adapted into a film, we have a crossover viewing event with the Independent Film Club!!  Please sign up at only one of the Meetup groups' event.

From IMDB.com:"Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, born with a superior olfactory sense, creates the world's finest perfume. His work, however, takes a dark turn as he searches for the ultimate scent." It has a 7.5 star rating. It is a 2006 German-made film, as the original novel is German.

The movie will be shown on a brilliant 106" HD screen!

An entree, dessert, snacks, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

I guarantee better picture, sound, and comfort than Peoria Theater. :)

Directions:
From Peoria on I-74, take Morton Exit 102B, and from Bloomington take Exit 102 and turn right, both ways heading North.  Turn left at the second stop light, which is W Courtland St.  Follow that until it ends at a T and turn left onto Veterans Rd. Go through the stop light and then make your first right into Cape Cod Apartments. Make a right on the apartment drive and go to the second building you come to. My apartment is 27F, which is on the third floor of the last stairwell. You should see my black Subaru Impreza. Do not park under the covered parking, as it is reserved. If you use your GPS, it will get you to Cape Cod but not right to my apartment. You will have to drive around the loop until you find 27.
