Hug an Atheist screening

After all of the discussion we are finally moving forward with our screening of Hug an Atheist. This will be an excellent opportunity to show the community what atheists are really like. We are screening the film at Landmark Cinemas at noon on Saturday May 3rd. The film will be open to the public so invite all of your friends to come!

We plan on having a suggested donation to help cover the cost of showing the film but no donations for members to watch the film. Thank you again to everybody who chipped in cash to get this moving forward!

Enlightening and comforting movie! Thank you, Nick and all others involved for organizing. It was good to see such a great turnout!

Begging mom right now to watch the kids so I can come - trying to bribe her with the promise of a couple of loaves of Avantis bread, will see if it works! Hopefully I'll see you all there!

Can I get somebody to show up early with me and help with greeting people and accepting donations? I'm planning on getting there around 11:30.

Is there a Facebook page for the event so we can invite friends that way?

Yes, I created a facebook event as well. It should be open for everybody to invite guests, if not let me know and I will fix that. Mary, can you get the word out to the UU people?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
