What: End of the World Party to mock superstition and celebrate the good life among like-minded, fun-loving secular humanists.
Directions: Just off Big Hollow Road, south of the Willow Knolls shopping center. Turn West onto Briardale, near the Cardinal Medical Group building. At the stop sign, ours is the corner house immediately to your right. If there is no parking left in front of the house, you can park on Briardale too.
Drink: There will be a selection of beers, booze, and soft drinks, but if you have something specific you'd really like to have please feel free to bring it.
Food: There will be some snacks, and again please bring a little something if you'd like to. We can also order pizza from Monicals to be delivered once people have arrived and we work out what we'd like to get.
Entertainment: Good conversation and music. A raucous game of Rock Band will be available if you'd like to celebrate our impending Mayan doom with song. Videos of Tim Minchin performing irreverent, irreligious comedy. Board games or poker for those so inclined.
Guests: The whole of the Peoria Secular Humanist Society is invited. It doesn't matter if you've been active or not. Additionally if you have someone who would enjoy the gathering and camaraderie but who isn't a member of the PSHS, please bring them along.
