I run to stay in shape. I also like to train for a few races each year to challenge myself.
I like the oak leaf path and lapham peak.
I'm Ashley. I'm training for the Brewers Mini-Marathon and want to add some speed work to my routine.
Tom did an awesome job running the track workout at Hart park. I'm sad I didn't realize this was going on until the last two weeks. I hope you do this again next year.
