Meet at our off-the-grid Wildflower Ecovillage for a tour of land, to imagine living with others here, and see the community guinea hens acquired to eat grasshoppers & pests: Last tour of summer.
Please wear sunscreen, closed-toe shoes, a hat, and also bring water and possibly a snack. You will also want to consider wearing long pants and/or long socks as the grass is high and the stickers are plentiful.
And yes, it is summer but cooler weather is forecast for this weekend so it is the ideal time to have the last tour until September.
Wildflower Ecovillage is at 6257 CR 3204, the Southwest corner of CR 3204 and CR 3202, in Campbell, TX, a few miles east of Greenville. We will park at the entrance on CR 3202 in the back almost to the end of the gravel road right before CR 3202 turns to the right. Please park on the right side of the road. Rain for Thursday has been forecast. If it has rained, please don't drive into the property.
If ecovillage life looks good to you, join us at the Monica Royale Best Western in Greenville for a more structured meeting. See meetup below for details or check http://facebook.com/dfwecovillage for more details and further information about living sustainably.
