This is a six week Tuesday evening class from 7 to 9:30 pm
So much of the world we live in is beyond the physical reality. Science today is just beginning to acknowledge and realize things that for centuries have been taught in many esoteric studies and spiritual philosophies. We access and open to expanded awareness through developing the skills of meditation. There are many types and forms of meditation; they are all good and all may help you to develop different skills. I offer a sampling here in this course to assist you in starting or continuing your exploration to find the kind of meditation that works best for you.
