BOSTON TEEN SEMINAR 2014 is an adventure in self discovery.

We enhance the adventure in a supportive environment by building connection, safety and trust using a wide variety of activities and discussions designed to lead teens to their own inherent truth, wisdom and beauty.

What if there were a place where your teens could:

  • feel heard, accepted, understood and valued
  • find their highest authentic expression and live that boldly
  • let go of thoughts, feelings and behaviors that hold them back
  • learn ways to make more empowering choices in life
  • gain more self confidence, courage and conviction
  • create wonderful new friendships and have fun

In a supportive and friendly atmosphere, they will discover more about:

Leadership: Learning about the qualities of true leaders and how to develop and live those qualities.

Self-Esteem: exploring attitudes about themselves and ways to build self-confidence. They will learn what unique and special people they are. With higher self-esteem, they will learn how to make better choices in life - choices that make them feel good

Friends: They will learn about themselves and about others too and create more success. and come to understand the struggles we all face while realizing that they are not alone in their feelings and circumstances. They will learn ways to have good friendships and avoid power struggles and hurt feelings.

Fun: Teens will learn through games, experiential exercises, sharing, one to one exercises, art & creativity and discussion--its learning combined with fun.

Parent Information

In this fun weekend seminar, your teens will experience awareness and awakening through group discussions, one to one exercises, visualizations, sharing, art and creativity and more. There will be music, games and dancing. They will leave with new friends, confidence, courage and a new understanding of themselves and others.

They will learn:
- practical keys to making their life happier, more fulfilling, more fun and more successful.

- about other teens, how they feel, and what they experience.

They will develop life skills that all successful people have--skills that will last a lifetime and point them to the success you want for them.

Teens should take snacks and meals to eat there, and/or money to buy food.

New RSVPer's question: Is this is an overnight event (like SMW/LD), or we need to bring kid back home to sleep? Can I get more details, what do we need to prepare and take care of?
Thank you for putting this out, hope it's going to be the same quality as Men's weekends!

How to present this to a particularly bright and wise yet younger 17 year old that dismisses and calls his mom a hippie for her holistic and conscious focus???

    October 7, 2013

    • SUE C.

Hi Alessandra, I can relate. When we first talked with our teenage son about attending a seminar, we let him know that it would be a place where he could spend two & a half days just for himself, where he could discover who he really was, where he could define himself, tap into his inner wisdom & find out what he really wanted. This appealed to him & he felt empowered.

Just asked my nephew in PA to join us and he wants to go. He's 18 and I hope that's ok. Doesn't need parent permission and it would be a great way to get him out her for a visit.

I just finished a weekend seminar with Dale Kitchell. He is an amazing facilitator with great compassion and deep insight. Using simple exercises, he connected us to our own inner selves and to each other. What a beautiful field of mutual love and understanding he helped us create!
I am certain he will lead our teens to greater awareness of themselves, and a new benchmark of connection with peers. They will appreciate his authenticity (perhaps rare for them to experience in an adult) and his bubbling sense of humor. They will leave with new, close friends -- friends who share positive values and a rare set of tools for handling Life.

Folks we have now made this teen seminar easier to accommodate school schedules. By beginning on Friday evening & making the Saturday & Sunday a little longer, our teens really can have it all!

My daughter, Vivian, is a mature 14 year old entering high school. She has been raised in a family with both parents actively practicing conscious living and respect for each other. She uses many tools regularly and I would love for her to have a weekend with peers to practice these life happiness skills.
