Stress Management – Being at peace

The topic for April is Stress Management-Being at peace

Knowing how to be at peace can assist not only you yet the ones around you.  Stress is not good for the body mind or soul, yet at times the body may feel stressed.

What is that stress attempting to communicate to you?  The feeling of stress can manifest in many ways and each and every one of us is or can be affected differently.

Simply put, it is a communication of some sort.  Learn to understand the communication and while learning what may cause the stress learn new ways for your body to respond to situations that may of brought on that stress.

Learn new ways to assist yourself be more at peace in situations that may of caused stress in the past.

Consciously are you aware of what experiences or situations bring on the stress?

Are you ready to look at new perceptions that can bring more peace to your environment?

    I'm going to tentatively say yes on this. I do need to learn more stress management. There is a little 'alarm bell' going off on the date and, no, it isn't that its the tax deadline as ours are already done! :) Will let you know if I need to change my RSVP
