Vanessa McLennan is a clinical hypnotherapist who specialises in Weight loss. She has been a practising therapist for over 4 years now and uses many therapeutic techniques such as clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT, (Tapping), EMDR and person centred therapy. 


Many people come to her as they have been on diets knowing that they have not worked in the long term. She helps you work on the cause of your eating and that will lead you to find a new healthier you long term.


 She is also passionate about health, veganism and raw food and helps to educate her clients in ways of eating that are best for them. It's all about finding you and what works best for you so you can live a life loving food and loving you.
