We meet at Kings Park, the top of Jacobs Ladder, Cliff Street. If you are running late, come to the first bus stop on Fraser Avenue, the main entrance to Kings Park. You can see us from there.
The form is Beijing 25 with a traditional warm up. The group has been running for 18 months with some regulars and new starters most weeks. If you have never tried Tai Chi this is a good opportunity. I need to practice and love the company. See the form at http://youtu.be/-ZtpwmjMC7Q
Useful details: wear sports gear that you can move in and feel comfortable in. Suit yourself, there is no dress standard, other than commonsense.
We practice for about an hour depending on who shows. We have in the past been lucky with help from members on other aspects of Tai Chi, and those who could stay on grabbed the opportunity.
Afterwards coffee is an option, depending on who turns up. There are 2 cafes a short walk in King's Park, or head down the hill to the City.
