HI Morgan

Thanks for that.  It sounds like a good idea to have a guided discussion.

Kind Regards,

Subject: [Perth-a11y] Next Accessibility Meetup

Good afternoon all.

Well it just dawned on me today that we have not scheduled an event for August. Next event will be a breakfast in September, which unfortunately I cannot make due to travel commitments, but will still be on for the others.

Anyway, I can provide a nice venue in the middle of the city for a non-Breakfast meetup.

Perhaps this we could change the model a bit and have a workshop or guided discussion rather than a presentation… Maybe around the W3C WAI’s Easy Checks document?

A 'Guided discussion' could be something as simple as a facilitator talking through the documents, and participants asking the group questions of how it might relate to their scenario.

Just an idea, and of course I'm open to other suggestions if anyone has another idea for a meetup…

Cheers,

Morgan
