Yes i think this incentive is way better. Also, if any of your guests sign up for a membership, I am now paying an additional $10 cash when they do.

PLUS, we will now be having a $100 restaurant draw each "After Hours" meeting for guests only. Earn one entry for each meeting you attend and one entry for each guest you bring....

So to summarize, it can be very profitable to bring guests.
-$10 Timmies card immediately for each guest
-$10 cash for each guest when they sign up
-entry into monthly $100 gift cert draw for each guest you bring that month

At the luncheon we had one member, (Krista from Scholarship Trust Fund) that brought 3 guest. One of her guests signed up at the meeting. So she walked away with $30 in Timmies and $10 cash. Not bad I'd say.

Not to mention that the more guests you guys bring, the more new people you have to network with. It's extremely beneficial to everyone to put a bit of effort into bringing guests.
