Hi Everyone,

The 2011 Mom2Mom Expo is starting to take shape and it's looking like it will be the most spectacular event! The show runs from 10am-2pm and will sport: 120 tables of gently used clothing and toys, 70 vendors, a petting zoo, jumping castles, huge toy/craft area, pony rides, food vendors, tons of prizes, an easter egg hunt, and more.

There will be 70 vendor spots available this year, and they will rent for $199 (+HST). I am now offering an Early Bird price of $150 to the first 15 people that reserve and pay for their table.

Vendors' tables are going to be $199, but the first 10 vendors with payment in will get an early bird price of $150. That's $50 savings. Also, there is no HST for table paid for before Sept 2nd..

As a way to ensure our vendors get maximum exposure and traffic to their tables at this event, so we have taken some very special initiatives to get the public's attention focussed on you. As a vendor your will get:

• Your 8' table and aprox 10'x 8' space.
  
• Your name and logo on the www.Mom2MomExpo.ca linked to your website.
  
• We will be giving Scavenger-Hunt like cards to adults upon admission to the show, which will have each vendor's name printed on thema small box. bingo card like box. Moms will present the card to each vendor for a stamp. Upon obtaining 40 stamps, the card becomes a ballot for one entry into the Spotlight draws. There will be aprox 50 chances for moms to win a great prize. This is a great incentive to get moms to visit your table, in order to get you to stamp their card.
  
• You may wish to offer a prize to be a part of the spotlight draws. The prize you are offering must be worth $25 or more, with no purchase necessary. Those in the spotlight draws will submit a 30-second commercial to me which I will read before I introduce your draw. The ballot will be drawn from those submitted from the Scavenger Hunt. We will conduct the draw for your prize AT YOUR TABLE so all eyes will be on you!! This will be the most fantastic way to highlight your business to everyone in attendance at the sale. If your prize is not claimed at the event, you will be given ownership of the ballot contact info and it is your responsibility to followup to get the prize to the winner.
  
• Pizza lunch will be provided.

We will be advertising this event in the following ways:

-Through the CHEX community watch and CHEX television commercials
-WOLFE radio
-Newspaper media releases
-Ad in Peterborough Kids Magazine
-Peterborough Moms Group
-Facebook
-Kijiji and Craigslist
-Posters and Flyers in strategic place and facilities throughout city
-Through Peterborough Family Resource Center
-Posters in many churches
-Hundreds of flyers handed out around town and in Santa Clause Parade
