Why are you interested in coming to the Hardware Startup Meetup?

Hardware is becoming more like software in terms of accessibility and ease of development. I feel that the 2010's will be to hardware startups what the 2000's were for web startups. Pittsburgh is a city with a rich history in manufacturing and a vibrant tech community which makes it a perfect place to start a business in the realm of physical products. My goal in starting the Pittsburgh Hardware Startup Meetup is to connect experts, entrepreneurs, investors, and anyone interested in hardware so we can all find the resources we need to make this happen.
