Friends, I promised another "free" concert, and I couldn't pass this one up! Called "sublime" by the Strad, Curtis's quartet in residence is making waves across the continent. Hear this prize-winning ensemble in a free recital on March 6, featuring quartets by Janácek and Mendelssohn. Curtis faculty member and violist Steven Tenenbom joins the Dovers for the String Quintet No. 1 by Brahms.
The concert is at 8, but I'll be there no later than 7:30, outside the entrance to Field with my little sign! Join me for a post concert libation if you're up for it!
