Philly DSA Reading Group on Indian Neoliberalism

Join Philly DSA for the next installment of our Spring Reading Group!

WHEN: Sunday, June 30, 4-6 p.m.

In this installment of our "case studies" of neoliberalism and austerity Spring/Summer reading series, we will be looking at neoliberalism and its discontents in India.

A link to the articles is at the bottom of this message. If you can only get to a few of the readings, please read articles 1-5. If you have additional time, it would be great if you could also read articles 6 and 7. If you have any problems with accessing the readings, please email Liz at [masked].

Even if you can't get to any of the readings, please come anyway and participate in the discussion! Snacks and soda will be served.
Following the reading group we will go out for drinks and food at a nearby bar or coffee shop to have some DSA socializing time.
We hope to see you there!
In Solidarity,
Philly DSA

P.S. -- We'll also be discussing our tabling efforts for the Drop Student Debt campaign at Sunday's meeting!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
