  It's my birthday and I decided I wasn't going to cave in and have a cake in the house... so Jay bought me my favorite Soy based frozen yogurt. Delicious!!

  I dunno - "purely decadent" and "dairy free" seems like a contradiction in terms. But Happy Birthday -- whatever makes YOU happy.

  *lol* Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone! @Jocely YUM is right! :-) @Jocelyn C I'm a HUGE fan of cake, brownies, AND ice cream! I'm just getting older and sadly, making better choices. @Susan I wholeheartedly agree :-) @Anita On recommendation of a nutritionist, I've substituted the majority of dairy in my diet with soy & almond products. So this is a soy-based creamy dessert and surprisingly it truly is decadent! I like it better than many of the ice creams and frozen yogurts I've had. Give it a shot ... it is healthy. ;-)
