I am a full time real estate investor. I started with wholesaling and doing short sale flips. Today I manage a investment fund that buys, sells & hold houses. My goal is to fully remove myself from the business in the next 2 years.
Hey Nick - real interested in your short sale flip strategies...looking at plenty of short sale props. Please contact me, thank you!
I just joined this group in the Phila area and am already a member in the central PA area of another REI group. I have wholesale and rehab properties to market. Could you please give me a contact person/site to post my offerings ?
I work for Commonwealth Equity Funding out of Boston, Mass. Our terms typically are 6 months to 1 Year loans and our rates ranges from 12% to 14%.
