I am a full time real estate investor. I started with wholesaling and doing short sale flips. Today I manage a investment fund that buys, sells & hold houses. My goal is to fully remove myself from the business in the next 2 years.

I am in accounting field and also do investing. I am very very interested in the note business. As a individual investor, if i purchase a mortgage note, how do I evaluate homeowner's financial if they want to keep the house and start payment.
