Fleetwood Mac

Fleetwood Mac, one of rock’s most enduring, beloved and successful bands, will hit the Wells Fargo Center stage on Saturday, April 6.

Multi Grammy-winning and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, Fleetwood Mac last toured in 2009 with the sold out Unleashed tour. The new tour also marks the 35th anniversary of the release of their classic Rumours album (1977), one of the most successful albums in recorded history with sales exceeding 40 million copies. Rumours planted itself at the top of the pop charts for over 31 weeks and had four top ten singles. To coincide with the tour and anniversary, a new deluxe reissue of Rumours with previously unreleased studio and live tracks will be released in early 2013 from Rhino. The current Fleetwood Mac lineup includes Mick Fleetwood and John McVie – both original members since 1967, Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks who joined the band in 1975. “After spending four days at Lindsey’s house working on music and one really fun day doing a crazy photo session, I am quite excited about next year. Everything seems to be falling into place. 2013 looks like the ‘year of Fleetwood Mac”, commented Stevie Nicks.

Tickets go on sale Monday 12/17 at 10 am. Tickets are available through www.Comcasttix.com or www.wellsfargocenterphilly.com and range in price from $150 (floor and lowel level) to $50 (upper level) depending on seat your are looking for.

RSVP for more meetup details as the event draws closer. Plan on meeting up inside the Wells Fargo Center Cure Insurance club bar area in front of Chickie and Petes before the show at 7:30. Show starts at 8:00 pm.

Everyone buys their own ticket and we meetup before the show or during the break between the opening act and the main act. My ticket is on the lowel level section 123. They will release more tickets tomorrow day of the show some of which will be good seats. I went to sold out Maroon 5 last night at Wells Fargo and bought a great seat at 4:15 pm. I would start trying tomorrow from noon to 5.

There is a button up top to un-RSVP. Top right hand corner is the change RSVP. There are more tickets (usually good seats) available the day of the show that are held back by promoters.

Do I go back and try to buy on the concert date?

      March 23, 2013

    • Steve

I would, Wells Fargo Center always releases tickets the day of the show that promoters hold back for one reason or another. They may even release more the week of the show starting 4/1.
