Practice meditation

We meet on Saturdays for Zen meditation practice, which involves sitting meditation and chanting in a warm and welcoming environment. Instruction is available for beginners. Practice is open to everyone, irrespective of experience.

We often head to brunch together afterward. Near Clark park.

    Kathy is an awesome instructor!!!! She paced the class in a very soothing, and clear tone:) Even though I am a beginner, I was able to keep up with some moderation in position @ times, yet it was acceptable! I feel totally relaxed after class. I especially appreciate how Kathy had us turn to our side and 'thank ourselves' for coming to class. I'm on my journey of appreciating myself and cultivating inner peace as my on going process. Thank you for allowing me to share. I'll be @ clas each week... GOD willing...
