Hello, Carole & Bill! I am very grateful to you for hosting my son, Simon, when volunteering on the A J Meerwald while docked at Burlington, NJ. Your hospitality was a joy allowing my son & I to reconnect. I AM VERY INTERESTED IN YOUR RECIPE BOOK CLUB! Can you tell me more? I preserved my first citron melon w/ ginger & lemon :-) [masked] [masked]
Take care and we hope to see you on a future hike one day.
Hi Carol and Bill. I want to answer your question about 6 mile hikes. The difficulty of the hike depends on who is leading it. We belong to several hiking groups because we want to have as many options as possible to choose from. The best thing to do is to read the description of the hike because most leaders will always let you know the pace of the hike and the terrain. If you are a little bit active already, 6 miles will not be difficult at all.
HI. Thanks for the greeting. My little Tillie is a Silky Terrier who came from an illegal puppy mill. She spent her first year in a tiny cage only viewing life not experiencing it. She is still a little timid but with enough treats I can get her to try a lot of new things. And I'm happy to say I think she likes kayaking. I mapquested Medford NJ and it is too far to drive with my kayak in the car with the hatch open. Hope to see you next time.
I checked and could not find, again I asked for you to cite your ref for that claim and posted links to the CDC and NOAA, as well as the FBI. If these are real numbers you are quoting you should be able to post a link to that exact information.
Welcome Bill & Carol! Take a picture of those mushrooms whenever they appear in your yard. It's so fun just to know what it is - even if it isn't a wonderful edible! Looking forward to meeting you.
Welcome to the DVK, Carol and Bill! You may need to get separate accounts as there are a limited number of people allowed on trips and adding a "guest" to make the numbers work isn't always an option. Happy paddling!
Welcome to the group!
