How do we awaken here and now as everyday people?

Awakening is not just about Waking Up –- to realize the Mystery of our Infinite Nature. It’s also about Waking DOWN -- into life, our bodies, and relating to others in Mutuality with honor and authenticity. These are the insights of Saniel Bonder, founder of the Waking Down in Mutuality teaching.

Waking Down in Mutuality is really is a sacred marriage of consciousness and body and a transforming engagement with others in mutually conscious relationship. We offer compassionate listening to each other in mutuality as we explore embodied awakening, and practice acceptance in Being with whatever is happening in the moment, without pressure to redirect it. Transformation happens readily and organically through the wisdom of Being, in each person’s right timing. We see awakening as a platform for further evolution.

Our gatherings, called sittings, will include silent meditation, mutual gazing, and conscious sharing in a setting that facilitates embodied trust.

Come to a Waking Down in Mutuality Meetup and give yourself the chance to steep in a sacred space dedicated entirely to the deepening recognition of all that we are.

We welcome you to join this collaborative exploration of Embodied Consciousness!

You may have an extensive spiritual history, or little, or none. You may simply be curious or looking for others to connect with in mutuality, you may already be experiencing a sense of embodied awakening, you may feel hunger, dissatisfaction, pain, or futility or any combination of the above, and that's OK -- we'll meet you wherever you are.

Prior to attending a sitting, we recommend reading about Waking Down (see links below) to give you some context so you will have a meaningful experience.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
