We eagerly invite you and your interested friends to join us for our Philadelphia Waking Down in Mutuality monthly study group meetings. Our monthly meetings are free and open to both newcomers and those more experienced with Waking Down, and are held on the third Tuesday of the month. Please join us at 7:15pm for snacks and chatting before the meeting, which begins at 7:30pm.

The study group meetings will consist of a book, essay or video discussion forum as well as general sharing discussions about what is on our minds about Waking Down. Each meeting will start with a quick check-in, followed by a short closed eye meditation and a brief period of mutual gazing(optional). At our next meeting we will read and discuss an excerpt from senior Waking Down teacher CC Leigh's book "Becoming Divinely Human".

Hope you can join us.

Where:  Sharen Becker's Home at 707 Woodland Dr., Havertown, PA 19083, phone [masked]-1818.  There is a shopping center parking lot available at the east end of Sharen's block if street parking is full. Heading east the lot can be entered by turning right at the end of the block onto Langhorne, then 3 quick lefts, first on Naylor's Run, then at the light on West Chester Pike(rt. 3), then left into the parking lot with LA Fitness, parking back in the far left corner. There are stone pillars where Sharen's street(Woodland Ave.) starts that you can walk between. Her home is on the right shortly before the stop sign when walking back.

All are welcome at our meetings and you do not have to have read the assignment in order to participate in the discussion.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
