We Love to Dance, We love to scare people, we love to Compete for Best Halloween Costume, in Philadelphia and the Surrounding Burbs. We are from all walks of life, ages 21 and older. We are costume designers, make-up artists, hair dressers, dancers, Djs, Gay, Straight, Bi, we all love Halloween!

This event was a massive success in 2011 and we can't wait till October 26th, to walk the Dead Carpet. Peter Sterling has over 12 years of hosting and managing some of the largest conventions and Party's to hit the East coast, and he's brought his fabulous Ball to Center City Philadelphia October 25th at the Double Tree Hotel!
